Evergrowkids LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Only copyright owners or their authorized agents are eligible to submit infringement notices.
Notices should be submitted in writing to the designated contact provided below.
A valid notice must include the following elements:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work;
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
3. Contact information of the notifier;
4. A statement of good faith regarding unauthorized use;
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury;
6. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their representative.
Individuals who believe their material has been wrongly removed may submit a counter-notice that includes their contact information, identification of the material, and a statement asserting their right to use the material. Following receipt, we will evaluate the counter-notice and may restore the material.
Evergrowkids LLC reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when necessary.
